Hotel Safety

Your safety and comfort are our priority at Akademihotellet.

• Please study the evacuation plan on your hotel room door and read the Hotel Safety brochure provided in your room.
• The fire alarm system, with smoke detectors in all rooms, is directly connected to the fire department.
• Fire extinguishers are located in each corridor.
• If the fire alarm sounds: Leave the hotel through the main entrance or the fire escape.
• If there is fire or smoke in the corridor: Stay in your room and wait for assistance. Your room is a fire-protected area and will keep you safe until the fire brigade arrives.
• The assembly point in case of evacuation is in the courtyard, at the car park next to William’s Pub. Signposted!
• An automated defibrillator (AED) is available at the reception in the main building.
• This is a non-smoking hotel. A fee will be charged for violations.
• When the entrance doors are closed, guests use their key card for access
• Each hotel room is equipped with a safety deposit box for storing valuables.
• Cash-free hotel.
• Security cameras are installed at all entrances.
