Akademihotellet are happy to take care of your conference arrangements in Uppsala. We have five conference rooms for groups up to 40 persons in school seating and ut to 60 persons in cinema seating. All rooms comes with natural light and offers modern AV-equipment for digital meetings with a BYOD solution (Bring Your Own Device), free WiFi, flipboard, notpads and pens.
Add a nice meal package to coffee breaks and catered lunch and dinner. Or if you prefer a nice meal at one of Uppsala´s restaurants nearby we are happy to assist you with the reservations.

Meetings & Events
Welcome to book your next meeting in Uppsala at Akademihotellet. We offer meeting facilities in a homely hotel in Uppsala’s historical center.
Conference rooms for up to 40 persons and availability to stay over. The hotel offers 42 nice and comfortable hotel rooms.
Conference meals
Akademihotellet offers coffee breaks with Swedish “fika” before lunch and in the afternoon. Catered lunch and dinner in buffet style can be booked for groups and will be served in our nice dining room. Or if you prefer, we can also make a reservation for your group in a nice restaurant nearby.
Akademihotellet offers a bar menu daliy between 11 am to 10 pm (kitchen closes at 9:30 pm).
